Event: Monthly Meet – Bottles and Buffalos – Blanket Prize entry fee

Shoot entry fee is your prize that is valued at about $10 to $15.

Our shoot will start at 9:00am after check in, signing forms and shooter guest log. We are having two shooting categories, “unsupported” or off hand as it used to be known as and “supported” known as bench to compete in classifications for fairness as we have done in the past shoots. We do not want to exclude anyone who wants to shoot with us.

We will be shooting two relays, 2 with 12 shots each, patch and roundball, any caliber in these two shooting classifications supported and unsupported. The classifications will not compete against each other for prizes, just bragging rights.

First Relay:
Two-bullseye buffalo target. 12 shots at 50 yards. Six shots each bullseye for score.

Second Relay:
Bottle target. Two shots each bottle at 25 yards, small target for points. They are tough little buggers of targets so be ready to aim small miss small. DO NOT SHOOT EACH OTHER’S TARGET PLEASE! Makes it tough on the scorer and he does not need the headache it gives him!

Both relays will be added together for placement within your appropriate shooting category unsupported (off hand) or supported (bench). This will be a blanket prize shooting event so there will be a prize for anyone who shoots with us.

So the blanket prizes will be separated for both off hand and bench rest categories. Each with their own prizes. Shoot entry fee is your prize that is valued at about $10 to $15, something from your stash, a duplicate something, a unique to muzzleloading item that will go on a blanket as a prize or choose from and a $10 range usage fee to PCSC if you are not a member of PCSC. Top score will pick first from the blanket, second high picks second, etc in each category.

Bring water just in case it heats up and be prepared for our after shoot debrief at the Talking Rock train brewery to share stories and ideas for the future. Very nice, quiet and friendly place. Support a local family building their dream.
